Logis Eco Industrial Park is a 154-hectare award winning masterplanned industrial development at Dandenong. GbLA was engaged by Places Victoria (now Development Victoria) to progressively implement a robust landscape that responds to the significant environmental constraints, future use and broad scale of the development.

An integral component of the landscape architecture project is the development of two significant areas of open space that respond uniquely to environmental and functional site constraints to produce valuable pieces of open space for the City of Dandenong while also fulfilling integral engineered stormwater retention and capped mounding.
