The Tarneit Town Square in Kenning Road, Tarneit is part of the Kenning Road Town Centre development aimed at bringing a diverse offering of fresh market produce, supermarket, child care, outdoor café-style dining, commercial offices and medical services to the area.

GbLA have designed a Town Square drawing upon the rural farming nature of the previous landscape. A small water-hole themed play area inclusive of a windmill-inspired play structure is the centre piece of the square which supports multi-generational family gathering. Canopy and shade have been strongly integrated into the design at all levels, with generous planting areas provided for cooling and tree growth, whilst integrated seating and lighting will enhance night-time enjoyment of the plaza.
